time machine, stills from a 9-min video (2017)
Time Machine is an experimental video narrative about struggle and uncertainty in the face of global warming and rapid technological change. In this silent performance, I explore signs of human settlement on Skomvær, the most remote Arctic island of a sacred archipelago in Sápmi, indigenous Sami land colonized by Norway.
